* Maintain high standards of gym cleanliness, maintenance, and occupational health and safety
* Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team
* Collaborate with local communities and corporations to drive sales and growth
* Implement marketing and member retention strategies to optimize club performance
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Experience in operations management or fitness industry
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and key performance indicators
* Strong focus on customer service and leadership skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills
* Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness an advantage but not necessary
