Unlike private practice, you will not need to solicit your own clients as you will have a caseload formed through existing clients. Role Overview: As the Physiotherapist, you will work in an innovative clinic environment set up and client locations as well as WFH. Your primary focus will be on early intervention, rehabilitation, and effective return-to-work strategies for injured workers. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of employees while enjoying a flexible work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 physiotherapy treatments on-site for injured workers. Develop and implement exercise programs, particularly focusing on manual handling and workplace injury prevention. Collaborate with clients, to facilitate early return-to-work initiatives. Work with a varied roster that may include day and night shifts across multiple locations. Ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality service delivery without the pressure of KPIs. Ideal Candidate: FULL AHPRA Registration is essential A minimum of 1 year of experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy (hospital experience is also acceptable). Strong assessment and diagnosis skills; experience in sports physiotherapy is a plus. Independent and confident in managing client relations and daily work responsibilities.
