Job Summary
As a Sales Assistant at JD Sports, you provide exceptional customer service and support the brand image during Tuesday to Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities
* Act as a brand ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to best assist customers
* Provide personalised 1:1 customer service
* Assist customers with all queries and process sales
* Collaborate with management and the store team to achieve KPIs and targets
* Support the wider team with ad‐hoc tasks, including VM set‐up, store cleanliness and presentation
* Escalate customer complaints to management
* Consistently complete mandatory training relevant to product, policy and procedure
Qualifications
* Customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a related industry
* Ability to provide excellent service and go above & beyond
* Passionate about sports fashion or knowledgeable of key brands
* Positive can‐do attitude and teamwork skills
* Thrives in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment
* Enthusiastic to overcome challenges and learn new skills
* Strong communication skills, engaging with customers and team
* Ability to multi‐task
* Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs
