We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Member — a dynamic, customer-focused all-rounder who thrives on solving problems, finding smart solutions, and delivering outstanding service with care.
In this role, you’ll work closely with installers, customers, and the sales team to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from onboarding through to ongoing account support. You’ll play an essential part in ensuring our processes run efficiently while keeping communication clear, accurate, and customer focused.
You’ll assist with onboarding new accounts, supporting customers throughout their journey, and ensuring clients remain actively engaged, happy, and trading regularly. You’ll also support the wider team by managing emails, maintaining CRM records, handling high volumes of calls, and improving customer touchpoints across the business.
A key part of this role includes supporting installer and administration teams with compliance paperwork, software platform training, and app integration support. Occasional interstate travel may be required to assist with onboarding, training, and implementation support where needed.
Each day brings variety — from resolving customer enquiries over the phone to supporting compliance processes, training users on systems and integrations, coordinating with installers and admin teams, and identifying new ways to improve how we work.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer and installer calls
* Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
* Provide support and training to installer and administration teams
* Assist with compliance paperwork and documentation requirements
* Deliver software platform and app integration training where required
* Manage customer and installer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain accurate CRM records and administrative systems
* Use platforms such as Monday.com and Xero to support workflows and administration
* Support general office administration and coordination tasks
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
