The Position

* Champion food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards with confidence and consistency.
* Manage stock, ordering, and costs to keep the kitchen running at its best.

The Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for the Chef role.
* Proven experience as a Chef for the Chef role.
* Previous experience as a Cook for the Cook role.
* Confident preparing high-volume meals without compromising quality or presentation.
* Strong food safety knowledge with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to obtain a paid Blue Card.
