What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Monitor jobs to guarantee timely completion and high-quality results
* Schedule work based on customer needs and workshop capacity
* Conduct quality control and perform final inspections before vehicle collection
* Explain technical issues clearly to customers and stakeholders
* Guide and support apprentices and technicians to help them grow
About You
* Experienced Workshop Controller, or a qualified Technician ready to step off the tools and into leadership
* Strong understanding of workshop workflow in a busy environment
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive, process-driven, and always looking to improve outcomes
