About Allied Health services
Allied Health at Cabrini is a rapidly expanding and highly integrated service comprising twelve professional disciplines. The department plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the organisation.
Cabrini Allied Health offers a wide range of opportunities, including senior consultant and leadership roles, clinical stream positions, junior staff rotation and support programs, professional development and teaching opportunities, and the cultivation of strong external and university partnerships.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Grade 3 Occupational Therapist to join our progressive and supportive Allied Health team.
This is a part time fixed term maternity leave cover role.
Key Capabilities
* Provide clinical leadership in maintaining an evidence and outcomes based service
* Lead service improvement initiatives
* Provide guidance, support, and supervision of occupational therapy staff and students
Requirements
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
* Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated highly developed leadership and supervisory skills
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, both independently and in a structured environment
* Demonstrated commitment to service improvement and professional development
* Commitment to quality clinical care, and sound clinical skills
* Well developed interpersonal & communication skills: written and verbal, with a strong client focus
* Current Victorian driver's licence
