**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Business Application and Process Support Manager to lead our dedicated team in ensuring our business systems effectively support our diverse service streams.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief Information Officer and play a key role in optimizing and integrating our core applications to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the administration, configuration, and support of core business applications (finance, HR, CRM, care systems).
* Partner with stakeholders to analyze, streamline, and improve business processes.
* Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
* Manage IT projects, including governance, testing, and change management.
* E nsure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
* Build strong vendor relationships and manage service agreements.
* Support staff through workshops, training, and user-focused service delivery.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Five plus years' experience managing business applications in a medium-large organization.
* Three plus years' IT project management experience with working knowledge applying Prince2 or PMBOK methodologies.
* Relevant degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Information Systems.
* Strong background in business process improvement and change management.
* Demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems and supporting ERP platforms.
* Knowledge of data governance and compliance within regulated environments.
