The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available for a Brand and Marketing Specialist to assist our marketing team in managing the daily workflow and relationships with our internal and external stakeholders so we can ensure the Pedders brand and marketing objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the day-to-day workflow for the Brand and Marketing team, central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Lead the consistent application of brand guidelines and ensure all marketing communications and assets accurately represent the brand
* Manage retail and trade promotions, oversee the creation, production, and distribution of promotional collateral and manage ongoing requests for marketing materials
* Build and maintain strong working relationships, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of marketing requests and projects.
* Support the preparation of marketing reports and related performance dashboards and provide recommendations to improve visibility and effectiveness.
* Planning, execution and attendance at national and local events such as conferences and trade shows, including providing relevant content to support

What You Bring To The Team
* Minimum preferred 5 + years' experience in all stages of marketing and creative production, from concept through to delivery, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
* Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field preferred
* Proficiency in project management and design software applications (Zoho Desk, Trello, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc.)
* Basic graphic design, image/video production and editing skills
* Exceptional communication and project management skills
