About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller Administrator to manage our Service Entry System (SES) process. Key responsibilities include verifying and processing supplier claims, liaising with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, uploading supporting documentation into SAP, monitoring SES status for prompt responses, and performing other duties as required by the supervisor.
Key Qualifications:
* SAP experience is essential.
* Previous AP experience is preferred.
* Proficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong customer service focus and teamwork ability.
* Ability to work independently and manage supplier relationships.
Working Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have certification in Finance or Administration as an advantage, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
