A unique opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Professional to provide day-to-day support to our office.
The position is part-time (25-30 hours) and school hours are considered. You will be responsible for:
* Providing a professional greeting to visitors and taking & distributing incoming phone calls
* Performing routine administrative tasks - stationary orders, mail, banking etc.
* Liaising with Underwriters and Premium Funding providers
* Working with our teams to ensure portfolio debtors are kept within Insurer's terms
You will have:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Clear and professional telephone manner
* Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Outstanding customer focus
* Proven skills in Microsoft applications
