As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking growth opportunities across regional Victoria, New South Wales, and Canberra. Reporting to the State Manager, you will have an opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
* Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed allocated targets within the designated clinic network area
* Build Customer Focus: Foster a culture of customer-centricity among the sales team, ensuring seamless interactions and outstanding service delivery
* Lead the Sales Team: Engage and motivate the sales team to achieve alignment and accountability, driving collective success
This role requires regular travel to all clinics within your remit, as well as flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), experience using sales data and analytics, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
