Head of Sales & Commercial Strategy

We're on a mission to inspire people to live better lives naturally and we're looking for a Head of Sales & Commercial Strategy to help lead the way. In this pivotal executive role, you'll shape and execute Integria's end-to-end commercial strategy across HCP, pharmacy, retail health, digital and distributor channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead high‐performing commercial teams, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across our iconic brands—MediHerb, Eagle Clinical and Eagle Blue. You'll play a critical role in elevating commercial capability, embedding sales excellence, and ensuring our commercial strategy is aligned to enterprise priorities, customer needs and future growth opportunities.
What you'll do
* Lead the development and execution of Integria's commercial growth strategy across multiple channels.
* Drive sales effectiveness and commercial excellence through strong leadership, governance and performance frameworks.
* Lead, coach and develop geographically dispersed field sales and commercial teams to high performance.
* Build and strengthen strategic relationships with wholesalers, distributors, pharmacy groups and retail partners.
* Grow profitable digital and eCommerce channels aligned with broader commercial objectives.
* Use CRM, analytics and market insights to drive data‐led decision‐making and commercial outcomes.
* Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on enterprise‐wide strategy, transformation and growth initiatives.
* Represent the commercial function at executive and board level where required.
What you'll bring
* 10–15+ years' experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles.
* Proven success leading multi‐channel commercial strategies and field sales teams.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into results.
* Experience managing distributor, wholesaler and key account relationships.
* Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, accountability and team development.
* Experience using CRM systems, analytics and performance insights to drive growth.
* Experience within pharmaceuticals, consumer health, complementary healthcare or regulated industries (highly regarded).
* Executive‐level stakeholder management and influencing capability.
