Reporting to the ANZ Regional Manager, this role will oversee the NSW & VIC territory, including regular travel throughout Melbourne and key regional areas. This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role where success comes from credibility, education, consistency, and strategic account growth. THE OPPORTUNITY Territory Growth: Execute a clear business development strategy across the NSW & VIC regions. Relationship Management: Strengthen partnerships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and specialist referral centres. Clinical Education: Deliver product training and technical support backed by strong clinical evidence. Account Expansion: Develop key clinics into long-term strategic accounts through ongoing engagement and support. Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends. Territory Coverage: Effectively manage interstate travel to maintain strong customer engagement across both states. ABOUT YOU Strong Communicator: Comfortable engaging in clinical and commercial discussions with veterinarians and specialists. Scientifically Curious: Able to understand technical information and translate it into practical outcomes. Self-Driven: Confident managing a broad territory independently and proactively. Consultative Seller: Focused on relationship-building, education, and long-term customer value. Commercially Minded: Motivated by growth while understanding the patience needed for partnership-based sales. WHAT’S ON OFFER Competitive Salary: $100,000 base salary plus superannuation.
