Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop culturally sensitive safety plans
* Facilitate family connections to culture and community through meaningful engagement
* Implement evidence-based practices that focus on strengthening and healing
* Promote advocacy in the Children's Court, ensuring the best interests of children are prioritized
Requirements
* A degree in Social Work or a related field, accompanied by significant practical experience
* A Diploma in Community Services with a child welfare focus, including fieldwork and case management training
* Ongoing COVID-19 vaccination and Working with Children's Check
