What You'll Do:
* Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.
* Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
* Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
* Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
* Own your space - Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game.
* Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe.
* Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs.
What You've Got:
* Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
* Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it.
* Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
* A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults.
* Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
* A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.
