Job Opportunity: Support Worker for Aged Care and Disability Services
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities and the aged in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and transportation. They will also work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
About You:
* You hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or Community) and have relevant experience working with vulnerable populations;
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues;
* You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction;
* You are available to work varying shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays;
* You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
Benefits:
* A competitive hourly rate of $33.41 ($41.76 casual) plus Super (SCHADS Level 2.1 or higher depending on qualification held);
