Responsibilities
Sell both new and pre-owned vehicles, providing expert guidance to customers throughout the buying process.
Assist and support customers on their journey to find the right vehicle that suits their needs and budget.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, clearly presenting key features and benefits to enhance the customer experience.
Manage and follow up on leads across various platforms, including phone calls, online inquiries, and messages.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPI's, sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to establish trust, rapport, and encourage repeat business.
Accurately complete all administrative and systematic processes involved in the sale and delivery of vehicles.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor movements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain loyalty and generate repeat business.
Opportunity to build a customer base online through our social media channels.
Requirements
A valid and up-to-date driver's license (both automatic and manual).
Availability to work on Saturday mornings.
A customer-focused attitude.
Capability to work effectively within a team.
