Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Data & Analytics Manager to join Perigon Group. This key role works closely with the Leadership Team to drive smarter decisions across the business. The role is within an established, innovative company in the industrial distribution/manufacturing space that values operational excellence, technology, and collaboration, where insights have real impact.
Responsibilities
* Manage master data within the ERP, including customer pricing, supplier pricing, category management, product content, and inventory.
* Lead data migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems into Epicor.
* Ensure ERP data is accurately connected to B2B website functionality.
* Design and implement a part number creation system at branch level to improve efficiency.
* Oversee BI reporting across sales and inventory using Power BI, Phocus, Grow, or similar tools.
* Partner with stakeholders from senior leaders to branch managers to share insights and provide recommendations that directly support business growth.
* Lead and develop a small data team, while collaborating with a strong ERP and pricing capability already in place.
About you
* Industry background in FMCG, manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution with exposure to large product ranges, pricing matrices, and inventory data.
* Highly analytical and detail-focused, with a clear strategic mindset.
* Confident communicator able to influence leaders and engage non-technical stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Epicor, D365, SAP, or similar), data governance, and business intelligence tools.
* Skilled in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and comfortable working across databases and data platforms.
* Adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
* Previous leadership experience preferred, but open to someone ambitious and ready to step up.
