This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, managing key reseller and customer relationships, and delivering significant sales growth in both direct and indirect channels.Sitting on the Senior Leadership team, the Sales Director will take full P&L responsibility, align with global strategies, and leverage best practices to create a competitive advantage. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, strategic vision, and a hands-on, results-driven approach to achieving ambitious targets.Background & ExperienceIdeal candidates will bring 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least three years of team leadership. They'll have a hunter mentality, hungry to strengthen key customer relationships, but also to seek out new customers. They should possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales channels.The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges, reflecting our client's values and approach to business. They should inspire their team through strategic thinking, empathy, and effective coaching, cultivating a culture of mutual trust and personal development.
