The Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveExecutive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to provide essential support to the Group CEO while helping drive key marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing content creation, social media updates, and helping drive brand awareness.
Client Relationship Support: Help with maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring follow-up communications are timely and professional.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with company objectives, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute ideas for improving efficiency in administrative and marketing processes.
Skills & Experience:
Experience: Previous experience in as and executive assistant and marketing coordinator.
Marketing: Experience with social media marketing, content creation, graphic design are crucial.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
Customer Focus: A customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
