This is not a campaign coordinator role.
We are seeking a data-driven, analytically minded digital leader to take ownership of performance strategy, budgets, and team delivery across a multi-brand portfolio.You will lead digital marketing across 13 brands and 15+ websites, managing a team of six, optimising campaigns, and using data and insights to drive measurable revenue outcomes. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, stepping into a well-established function with full accountability from day one.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will:
Lead the digital marketing strategy across three business units, using insights to maximise enquiries and bookingsAnalyse multi-channel campaign performance (SEM, paid social, display, video, email, sponsored content) to optimise ROI and conversionManage and optimise digital budgets across 13 brands to achieve efficient cost-per-enquiry and revenue outcomesOversee GA4 and Tag Manager across 15+ websites, delivering actionable performance insightsLead and mentor a team of six, balancing strategy, execution, and professional developmentDrive website improvements and user experience optimisation across WordPress platformsPartner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align digital investment with commercial prioritiesDeliver clear, data-focused reporting to inform decision-making and guide optimisationThis role is fast-paced, highly analytical, and commercially accountable — ideal for candidates who thrive on numbers, insights, and measurable impact.
To Be Considered, You Must Have:
6+ years senior-level digital marketing experienceProven ability to translate data into performance improvements and commercial resultsHands-on expertise across paid channels and performance optimisationExperience managing multi-brand digital budgetsDemonstrated leadership of a digital marketing teamAdvanced analytics and reporting skills (GA4 essential)Comfort with multi-site environments and complex campaign trackingTravel industry experience is welcome but not essential.
This role is not suitable for candidates with only executional or specialist experience.
