Cloud Support Specialist
This role is responsible for providing technical support and system maintenance for clients using Yardi SaaS products.
* Technical Support:
o Provide assistance to clients via phone, email or chat with regards to product usage, troubleshooting and feature enhancements.
* System Maintenance:
o Configure, install and support Yardi software and third-party applications in cloud environments.
o Troubleshoot performance and functionality issues in client-hosted environments.
o Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to maintain uptime and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to collaborate with internal teams across departments and time zones.
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
* Ability to maintain productivity and problem-solve in time-sensitive environments.
