Overview
Tyrepower Lismore & South Lismore is a locally owned family business with a passion for providing high quality service and products with our efficient and friendly team. We specialise not only in light motors vehicles but provide truck and agricultural tyres and products, as well as a fully operational mechanical workshop.
We are seeking a motivated salesperson or sales assistant to join us for above the Award wage rates. There are three branches to the business with our other two branches being Tyrepower Casino and Tyrepower Lismore.
Due to business growth, Tyrepower South Lismore is seeking an experienced Salesperson or a suitable sales assistant willing to learn and progress to a Sales person. Exposure in the Mechanical/Tyre Industry would also be an advantage. An interest in motor vehicles or being mechanically minded is also a benefit in this position but not essential.
This is a full time position. We pay above the award rate and this will be discussed with the successful applicant.
Driver\'s licence is essential.
Role and responsibilities
About the role
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for:
(If hired as a sales assistant, you would be trained to achieve the following)
- Quoting Tyres and Rims
- Diagnosing tyre damage & wear
- Providing exceptional advice to customers
- Communicating well within the sales team and with the workshop
- Booking in appointments
- Providing high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment
- Ordering tyres and entering stock

Skills, experience and you

- 12 month experience in a sales position preferred but no essential
- A current manual driver\'s licence - Essential
