Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery, Practice Improvement
The Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery – Practice Improvement is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing nursing and midwifery clinical practice across Monash Health. The position supports the delivery of high-quality care through strategic leadership and operationalising organisational directions.
This role provides expert leadership in clinical practice improvement, guiding the design and implementation of evidence-based models of care. It collaborates across key portfolios to integrate strategies that deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, experience, and efficiency.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Board
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar professional role
* Relevant Masters qualification (or working towards)
