Beef Rib
(70% of work) Trimming
Fat off product – different specs
Frenching / bird caging
Hand Portioning
Prepping product then splitting in half i.e. pork spare ribs
Bandsaw Operation
About You
Previous experience (ideally 2-3 years)
Relevant qualification (Cert II/ III Meat Processing) advantageous but not essential
Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
Good communication skills
Demonstrated integrity and good presentation
A professional work attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Superior attendance
