The Role
The Communications Advisor - Strategic Projects drives a high-level, single, integrated communication narrative across strategic projects. This is a 12 month role based in our Support Office in Hawthorn East, offering flexible and hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing an overarching narrative and ongoing communication plan to appropriately position two key programs - our Best Life 2030 strategy (Benetas' five-year business strategy) and Project BEACON (Benetas' approach to implementing legislative and regulatory framework).
* Providing internal communication advice to subject matter experts and individual transformation initiative owners on the communication plans they are developing as they rollout their respective initiatives to the business.
* Work with the Program Manager to highlight key progress milestones from their operational rollout plan, across Benetas' high-level, broadcast channels.
* Produce high-quality, engaging communication outputs that keep team members engaged, informed and highlight broad progress.
* Ensure that the broader transformation narrative is appropriately positioned by each initiative owner through consistent messaging and tone.
* Developing, monitoring and evaluating communication metrics to provide timely and meaningful analysis.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations or similar
* Extensive experience working in an internal communications role supporting transformation programs.
* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across multiple channels.
* A strategic mindset, creative flair and strong attention to detail
