Job Description
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the coordination of people systems and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to achieve key actions outlined in the City's Workforce Plan.
The Coordinator People Systems and Projects will utilise the City's current system (TechnologyOne) and other current or future people-related systems to provide high-level consultancy and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small team to achieve key actions as identified in the City's Workforce Plan
* Deliver business system improvements/programs in all aspects of the employee life cycle
* Provide high-level consultancy and project management capabilities in the delivery of HR and Payroll Systems solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required:
* Degree in Human Resource Management
* Project Management accreditation
* Member of, or eligible for membership of, an appropriate professional organisation
* Qualification in Information Technology (desirable)
* Change Management and Process Improvement accreditation (desirable)
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
* Minimum 7 years leading and developing teams in a Human Resource environment
* Minimum 7 years' experience working with HR Systems, including module implementations and business improvements
* Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies
* Experience in leading recruitment and payroll functions
* Experience in driving change management and continuous improvement
