**Casual Opportunity - ASAP Start**
Australian Health Professionals is looking for a
**Casual Dietician **to join our team within the South Coast Region to assist with an increase in aged care referrals.
**AHP Aged Care**:
At AHP Aged Care, we provide temporary and permanent placements for allied health and nursing services within the aged care industry.
Our team is composed of recruitment consultants who have spent years in the health and aged care space. Because of this, we fully recognise the challenges faced by the aged care industry and can leverage our knowledge in providing qualified and expert aged care staff that stimulate independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life for the elderly.
**The role**:
- Conducting Assessments of nutrition and dietary reviews for residents onsite
- Supporting dietary requirements for persons with difficulty swallowing and chewing, bowel and intestinal issues and complex co-morbidities.
- Development of individual, evidence-based treatment plans
- Conduct & review seasonal menu reviews

**Requirements**:
- Certification for Dietetics
- Registration with ADA
- National Police Check (Pre Feb 2021) or NDIS Workers Check
- Current Flu & COVID Vaccinations
- Exposure and experience working with elderly community
- Passion for Aged Care
You will have complete freedom to structure and organise when you do your referrals. So the working hours and days are totally flexible and under your control.
