Position Overview:
Champagne Recruitment is looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager to lead WRP’s marketing team. This role involves strategic campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and digital content creation to support firm-wide marketing objectives and elevate our brand presence. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of business strategy, social media, content creation, and WordPress website management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaigns, Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Directors and the Executive team to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and presentations. Develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.
* Digital & Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms. Maintain and enhance the firm’s WordPress website. Develop and execute eDM campaigns. Manage digital marketing tools including Google Analytics.
* Creative Content & Branding: Produce digital assets including graphics, short-form videos, photography, and copywriting aligned with brand guidelines. Create marketing collateral and maintain brand consistency across all visual and written materials. Support the development of presentations, proposals, event materials, and internal marketing collateral.
* Internal Communications & Events: Coordinate the firm’s internal communications program, including newsletters and intranet updates via SharePoint. Assist in planning and delivering client and staff events, sponsorship activations, and firm-wide initiatives. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to gather content and support project execution.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Graphic Design.
* 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing or digital media role (legal, corporate, or professional services industry preferred).
* Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with business strategy.
* Advanced proficiency in WordPress CMS – new page creation, navigation design, content updates, blog posting.
* Strong experience in creating, managing, and growing social media channels.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
* Solid understanding of Google Analytics and social media channel and campaign performance tracking and reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication with a flair for content creation and storytelling.
* Strong internal stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Mailchimp, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and document management tools like Nitro Pro or Adobe Acrobat Pro.
