Your New Company

This well established organisation plays a key role in Australia’s transition to cleaner, more efficient energy. With a diverse portfolio of projects and a strong focus on innovation, quality, and sustainable solutions, they partner with businesses and communities to deliver reliable outcomes. As their project pipeline continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Coordinator to join the projects and asset management team.

Your New Role

As the Process Improvement Coordinator, you will:

- Partner with project managers to embed process improvements across the project lifecycle
- Develop and refine workflows, checklists, and quality standards to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Analyse current processes, identify opportunities, and implement improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to track and present performance metrics
- Oversee documentation control, ensuring compliance with certification standards
- Support onboarding and training, while ensuring seamless interdepartmental handovers across sales, delivery, commissioning, and asset management
- Present process insights and recommendations to senior leadership on a quarterly basis

About You

You are a motivated professional with experience in project delivery, operations, or process improvement, ideally within the energy, construction, or services sector.

With strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, you thrive on streamlining processes and embedding efficiencies across teams.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Around 3-6 years’ experience with energy projects (solar PV or batteries desirable)
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create dashboards and analyse data for decision making
- Proven ability to design and optimise process flows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with ISO standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and embed change across the business
