About the Role
We are seeking a capable, hands-on Resort Gardener to ensure our resort and surrounding development areas are maintained to an impeccable standard.
This is a brand new role. It's about more than mowing lawns — it's about maintaining a five-star environment that reflects the quality of our brand and supports premium sales, resident pride, and the wider operations team.
Key Focus Areas
* Maintaining landscaped areas, community gardens, streetscapes, open spaces and our front entry statement
* Operating and maintaining grounds equipment
* Supporting minor repairs and general outdoor maintenance
* Working collaboratively with the groundskeeping team
About You
You take pride in your work and understand that presentation impacts perception.
You bring:
* Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or similar
* Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard
* Confidence operating equipment safely
* A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
