Perform audits to ensure compliance with quality standards of their organization and regulatory standards.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supplier quality on a wide range of commodities (ex. Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Switchgear, Electrical & Control Panel, Transformers (Oil & Dry type), cables and Electrical Accessories, etc.) for various projects, from supplier and evaluation/negotiation phase to final inspections to verify compliance with technical and quality requirements before shipment release.Project coordination between Product Quality Management and supplier to ensure all the quality documents are approved in a timely manner and complete the final inspection within the timelines.Conduct Client supplier’s audit and support on technical tender analysis.Lead supplier qualification in partnership with procurement, engineering, and project quality.Lead kick-off meetings with suppliers after order placement in cooperation with procurement, engineering, and logistics team.Prepare supplier quality documents for project such as Quality Control Plan (QCP), EQP (Equipment Quality Plan), ITPL (Inspection Testing Plan), and product testing procedure.Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) including other inspections.Timely completion of the inspection; Inspection report must be submitted within 2 days.
