The future of cybersecurity will depend on you. Senior Backend Software Engineer (Python (Golang a plus)) – Hybrid: 2 days in office/week in Sunnyvale, CA.
In this role, you will focus on the Azure Firewall Management Program over the next year. You will work with Illumio's Core product and CloudSecure to deliver customer-facing products and initiatives. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will determine how we integrate firewall management security frameworks into our ecosystem using Go / Golang, in cloud environments like AWS, focusing on networking aspects of our tech stack.
Responsibilities
* Develop and integrate firewall management security frameworks within Illumio's ecosystem using Go / Golang.
* Work on cloud environments (AWS) and focus on networking aspects of the tech stack.
* Collaborate with Core product teams and the CloudSecure product to deliver customer-facing initiatives.
Qualifications
* Go / Golang coding experience.
* Cloud experience in Azure or AWS is ideal.
* Networking experience, especially security networking, and building and deploying APIs.
