Permanent Full Time Customer Experience Agent
Location: Hornsby. Hours: 38 hours per week. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
* Advising our national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
* Be our expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise our customer on all protection items and extras
* Manage our premium vehicle fleet whilst selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental
* Assist with driving and valeting cars when required
Qualifications
* Flexibility to work during location trading hours including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
* Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
* Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
* Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
