We're looking for a commercially driven, analytical and hands‐on Senior Performance Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to execute and optimise our online growth engine.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day performance of paid acquisition, website conversion and lifecycle marketing — turning brand demand into measurable revenue while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Paid Performance Marketing
* Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google and Tiktok Shop
* Scale high-performing creatives and pause underperforming spend quickly
* Implement daily audience, bidding and budget adjustments
* Support influencer whitelisting and paid creator amplification
* Collaborate with Content & Creative teams to brief and test new ad concepts
* Build and optimise landing pages and product pages (Shopify)
* Scale our Amazon channel efficiently
* Improve conversion rate through UX testing and offer optimisation
* Implement bundles, upsells, GWP thresholds and promotional mechanics
* Identify and resolve drop-offs across the purchase funnel
* Support online product launches from a commercial and performance perspective
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
* Build and optimise automated email and SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, replenishment, post‐purchase)
* Execute campaign sends aligned with launches and promotional moments
* Segment audiences and personalise messaging
* Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor daily performance dashboards
* Track CAC, MER, AOV, conversion rate and LTV
* Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights
* Recommend and execute experiments to improve revenue and profitability
* Partner with Content & Creative to scale winning ad formats
* Align with Brand team on messaging and positioning
* Support Retail team during launches and traffic spikes
* Provide performance feedback to improve future campaigns

Required Experience
* 4–6+ years in performance marketing and/or e‐commerce growth
* Hands‐on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Strong Shopify (or similar e‐commerce platform) experience
* Strong lifecycle marketing experience (e.g. Klaviyo)
* Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
* Comfortable in a fast‐paced, test‐and‐learn environment
