Responsibilities:
- Working with the business to manage incidents through their whole lifecycle, including investigating, reporting to regulators (if required), rectifying / remediating (if required), and closing.
- Providing compliance education and awareness for the Group, supporting an embedment of compliance management across the Group.
- Provision of compliance advisory services.
Experience:
- Experience in insurance business or compliance incidents management role.
- Previous compliance or legal experience would be highly regarded.
- Experience with risk management systems.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders.
