About the Project
Project Ceres is Perdaman Chemicals & Fertilisers' flagship urea manufacturing development in Karratha, Western Australia. Perdaman Industries Urea Plant Project, a latest-generation fertiliser plant with a capacity of 2.14 million tonnes of urea per year.
The plant is part of a landmark project for Western Australia, generating on average 2,000 jobs during the construction phase and approximately 200 permanent jobs during the operational phase. The joint venture and Perdaman's commitment to make a positive impact in the community are aligned, and a key aspect during the construction phase is to engage with the Indigenous and local communities through career, training and business opportunities ensuring long lasting social benefits.

Saipem Australia has been awarded the delivery of engineering, procurement of equipment and materials, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning for Perdaman Industries.
Purpose of the Position
As a Civil Supervisor you will report to the Construction Project Manager
How can you support us? Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with project specifications.
* Manage projects related to our self-performed civil scope.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
* Monitor work quality, conduct inspections and ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and project requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily reports.
* Provide guidance and training to all team members.
What are we looking for?
* Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a bonus.
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within construction, with a background in Civils.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Experience with EPC or lump-sum type projects.
* Strong understanding of construction process, safety regulations and quality control standards.
* Excellent understanding of Australian safety standards and compliance.
* 7+ years' experience in a Supervisory role.
