What You'll Do
Be the Director's right hand, managing calendars, emails, appointments and daily communication
Prepare and coordinate new property listings: contracts, marketing, compliance, vendor liaison, and CRM updates
Keep the sales team workflow on track and assist with task prioritisation
Organise team meetings, monitor project progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Produce reports, presentations, marketing materials, and other documentation
Maintain office systems and processes to improve efficiency and minimise downtime
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff with professionalism and confidence
Who You Are
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment
Confident, articulate, and great with people
Tech-savvy, with strong skills in CRM systems and digital tools
Proactive and able to anticipate the Director's needs
Experienced in real estate administration, EA or sales support roles
