You will operate in a largely collaborative fashion alongside Endorsed NPs and Senior Medical Officers. You will also enjoy ample opportunity to contribute to the advancement of nursing practice through evidence-based care, clinical leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.**About the Emergency Department:**Our ED serves the Bairnsdale and East Gippsland region and sees approximately 23,000 patients per year. The Department offers trauma and emergency care and is supported by a 5-bed Short Stay Unit and a dedicated fast-track area for NP-led care.
