Job Description:
Lead a High-Performing Legal Team
As a senior legal counsel and team leader, you will oversee the management of legal teams to ensure sustainable workloads and strategic resource utilization. Your expertise in litigation, consumer law, competition law, mergers and exemptions, infrastructure regulation, administrative law, or corporate law will be instrumental in providing strategic legal advice on significant matters with sector-wide implications or reputational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and mentor lawyers to enhance team performance.
* Provide expert legal guidance on complex issues under pressure.
* Oversee legal outputs for consistency and risk balance.
* Foster positive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to legal knowledge management processes within the organization.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience as a senior practitioner in relevant areas.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with influence, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Ability to exercise excellent judgment and make informed decisions.
* Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing team.
