Your Role
As a Lead Educator, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping create a stimulating, engaging, and inclusive environment for the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of Educators who actively supervise our children to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
* Planning age-appropriate programs that inspire curiosity and foster learning.
* Building strong, open communication with families about each child's development.
* Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere where children and families feel they truly belong.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* A Diploma level qualification or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
* Experience in leading a room within an early childhood setting.
* A valid WWCC, First Aid, Mandatory Reporting, Sun Smart and Safe Sleeping Certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with a passion for applying these in practice.
* A genuine love for working with children, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact.
* Availability Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm.
