As a Demi Chef in Garde Manger, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented and experienced chefs, honing your production culinary skills in a high-energy environment.

* Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring efficient workflow
* Collaborate with the culinary team to execute menu items with precision and consistency
* Embrace a commitment to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques
What are we looking for:
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a production kitchen (highly regarded)
* Confidence to share your culinary skills with junior kitchen team members
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine love for food
