Supply Chain is part of our Operations Team. In this role, you’ll work across various departments to ensure our customers receive the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost.
As a Supply Planner at Stryker, you will manage inventory levels within your portfolio, collaborating with teams to maintain optimal stock and minimize risks.

What Will You Do
* Optimize inventory to reduce excess while meeting service KPIs through strategic purchasing and planning
* Procure finished goods globally, manage order adjustments, and track ETAs
* Proactively resolve supply issues with relevant departments, providing ETAs and managing product substitutions
* Lead inbound freight operations, partner with logistics to reduce costs, expedite shipments, and resolve warehousing issues
* Oversee portfolio planning including ABC classification, safety stock, MOQ, lead times, and product lifecycle management
* Collaborate with Demand Planning during the monthly IBP cycle to influence demand forecasts and identify revenue risks
* Drive operational excellence by maintaining procedures, supporting lean initiatives, and leading key projects
About You

Preferred experience includes:
* Over 2 years in supply chain, planning, procurement, or production roles
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
* Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and their application
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
* Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with Quality Management Systems like ISO9001 and ISO13485
* Data processing, accounts reconciliation, record keeping, and receipting skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets
* Certifications like APICS or Lean (desirable)
