The Opportunity The Newcastle office is led by a highly regarded and well-connected Principal Civil Engineer who has already secured major residential and mixed-use developments across the region. They’re now looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer (Civil 3D or 12D) to step into a genuine 2IC role - someone confident running projects from concept through to delivery and ready to help grow the team. You’ll work closely with the Civil Leader, playing a key role in: Delivering large-scale subdivision and urban development projects Providing technical leadership and design oversight Mentoring junior engineers and designers Contributing to strategy and helping expand the Newcastle presence This is more than just a design role, it’s an opportunity to influence the direction of a growing office with no ceiling on progression.
