Job Overview:
Maintenance Fitters are pivotal to ensuring maximum equipment uptime at the Beef City Feedlot.
This role involves delivering effective and efficient preventative and scheduled maintenance, including general welding and fabrication duties.
* Perform all work in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize equipment performance.
* Support other projects as required, working autonomously and within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
* Identifying and rectifying problems promptly
* Providing high-quality welding and fabrication services
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
* Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred
* Experience with S/S Tig, Mig, Stick, Oxy advantageous
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
