This is your opportunity to join one of Sydney’s most exciting and fastest-growing builders as a New Home Sales Consultant.
My client is a high-quality, family-run business known for delivering premium custom designs that elevate modern living. With a strong reputation, personalised service, and rapid growth, they’re seeking a confident, polished sales professional to join their dynamic team.
You’ll be based in Menangle, NSW, working from a beautifully presented display home and engaging directly with walk-in and referred clients. You'll have the chance to build your pipeline from both local and company-generated leads, with strong marketing support behind you.
As a Sales Consultant reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll guide clients through the full journey of building their dream home. From first contact to final signature, you'll be the trusted face of the business, helping clients make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to contract
* Build strong relationships with land agents and ensure quick follow-up on all leads and appointments
* Leverage an uncapped commission structure to take full control of your earning potential
Your Work Week This role includes weekend and public holiday work, with two weekdays off between Monday and Friday.
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in new home sales is required for this role
* A strong focus on presentation, professionalism, and making an excellent first impression is essential
* A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* A passion for delivering a premium customer experience
* Resilience, negotiation skills, and confidence under pressure
* A self-motivated mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
* Own reliable transport and a valid full driver's licence are non-negotiable requirements
