We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical work on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of electricians and apprentices comprised of MPA personnel and sub-contractors, providing guidance, support, and hands‐on expertise. You will also be required to help out on the tools with smaller tasks leading up to the start of the major construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Provide leadership and support to a team of electricians and apprentices.
* Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Maintain a record of materials onsite and ensure stocks remain available for the continuation of the project.
Key Qualifications
* Qualified electrician with a valid license.
* Proven experience in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid C class driver's license (preferably manual).
