Responsibilities
As a Locksmith at Active Security Group, you will be responsible for:
* Residential, commercial, automotive and Industrial locksmith services
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of locks and hardware
* Key cutting, rekeying, and lock servicing
* Emergency lockout assistance
* Diagnosing and resolving lock and security faults
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
With opportunities to learn and/or expand into:
* Electronic locking systems
* Access control systems
* Master key systems
* Advanced security solutions
Skills and Experience Required
* Trade qualification as a Locksmith (Certificate III or equivalent) or relevant industry experience
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Motivated, reliable, and adaptable attitude
* Current driver's licence
* Security licence (or willingness to obtain one)
