The Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end estimating across a range of commercial projects including:
Hospitality and club builds
New build commerical projects
Selected industrial projects (minor portion)
Repeat-client negotiated tenders
Competitive pricing opportunities
Working closely with Directors, you'll play a key role insecuring upcoming work and shaping the estimating functionas the business continues to grow.
What You'll Bring
Strong background inhospitality, commercial or live environments
Ability to run tenders independently in a low-layer structure
Strong trade knowledge, methodology understanding and cost accuracy
Confidence presenting cost breakdowns to leadership
Clear communication and collaborative working style
Residential-only estimators will not be suitable for this role.
Salary Range
$150K – $200K
(Up to$200Kconsidered for 15+ years with hospitality estimating experience)
